For D2C founders selling ₹5 lakh to ₹1 crore a month

Your ROAS looks great. So where did the profit go?

Meta ads are great at impulse buys, and impulse buyers rarely come back. Customers who know what they bought, and why, do. We build that experience end to end, from the pack in their hands to your store and your social feed, and fix where profit slips away on the way. That is how you get super customers: the ones who buy again and again.

  • A written audit in your hands within 72 hours
  • No ad account access needed to start
  • The report is yours to keep, whether or not we work together

01 · Sound familiar?

Revenue is loud. Profit is quiet.

“We spend more on ads every month and grow less.”
“We're on Amazon and Blinkit, but I'm not sure we make money there.”
“Half our COD orders come back and nobody can tell me what it costs.”
“People buy once from an ad and we never see them again.”

Every one of these is fixable, usually in weeks, not months. The audit shows you where to start.

02 · The audit

Six places profit hides in a D2C brand. We check all six.

You get a written report, a rupee figure for what each fix is worth, and the order to do them in. No slides, no jargon, no pitch stapled to the end.

01

Profit per order

After platform cut, shipping, discounts and returns, what is actually left on each order.

02

RTO and COD

Orders that come back undelivered. Often the single biggest amount there is to win back.

03

Stock versus ads

Money spent sending people to products that are out of stock, or live in the wrong cities.

04

Your checkout

The steps between wanting it and paying for it. Small fixes here lift every order that follows.

05

Channel margins

Amazon, Flipkart and quick apps, one by one: which adds profit and which only adds revenue.

06

Repeat buyers

How many buy again, and how soon. It decides what you can afford to pay for a new customer.

03 · If we work together

Look. Fix. Then build. In that order.

  1. Weeks 1 and 2

    We only look

No new spending. We go through your sales, ads, stock, delivery data and reviews, and write down what is really holding the business back.

  2. Month 1

    We fix what costs you

The checkout step that drops people. The product advertised while out of stock. The orders that come back. Unglamorous work, and where the quickest gains are.

  3. Month 2 onward

    We build the experience

Pack, store, social media and follow-ups that tell one clear story, so customers know why they bought you and come back a second and third time. Your ads, if you run them, start paying for themselves.

Every Monday

One number: profit after ads, returns and fees.

Every Friday

A short note on what changed and why. You never chase us.

No lock-in

Month to month after the first 90 days. You own every account and asset.

04 · Proof, honestly

New name. Not new hands.

TaleNScale is new. The people behind it have spent years inside D2C brands, holding the P&L, not just the ad account. Here is what we can show today, and how we're earning the rest.

HoneyVeda

Raw honey D2C · Seen on Shark Tank India

Two years running marketing from the inside. Every sale came from Meta, and much of that leaned on Shark Tank ads that were later banned. We built a second sales channel on Google from scratch, rebuilt the creative, and replaced outside agencies with a small in-house team that could keep it running.

Our first three brands

We'd rather earn our case studies than borrow them.

We're choosing the first brands we work with carefully. For them, part of our fee is tied to the profit we add, not the revenue. With their sign-off, their results become our first case studies here.

  • Your profit number, every Monday
  • Month to month after 90 days
  • Every account and asset stays yours

06 · Fit

Built for founders who make things people buy again.

Where we do our best work

  • Food, wellness, personal care, ayurveda and supplements: products people use up and reorder
  • Brands selling on their own site plus a marketplace or quick commerce app
  • Founders who want decisions made on real numbers

Good to know

We don't run ads or chase impulse sales, and we don't promise a fixed return. We build the brand experience around your product, so it works best when people already like what you make.

07 · Questions

What founders ask us first

What happens after the audit?

We walk you through the report on a short call. If it makes sense to work together, we propose what to build and what it costs. If not, the report is still yours to keep, and many founders act on the first findings themselves.

Do you run our ads?

No. Ads are good at impulse buys; we build what makes people stay: packaging, your store, social media, COD and delivery rules, and the follow-ups that bring customers back. If you have an ads team or agency, we work alongside them and hand them better numbers.

What access do you need?

To start, none. Your store link and a few numbers on WhatsApp. For a deeper look, view-only access to Shopify and your ad accounts, which you can remove any time.

What does working with you cost?

Retainers start at ₹25,000 a month, depending on how much of the experience we build with you. You'll hear the exact number on the first call, not after three meetings.

Who actually does the work?

One senior person owns your account from audit to scale. No account managers passing messages, no juniors learning on your budget.

How soon will I see a difference?

Fixes to returns, stock and checkout usually show first, because that money is already within reach. Building customers who come back takes longer, and we'll tell you how long, in writing, after the audit.

See how much more your brand could keep. Your audit, in 72 hours.

Three fields. A real person in Ahmedabad replies, and we work with brands anywhere in India. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so and point you to someone who is.
